Please read these terms before booking. They form part of your booking agreement when made available to you before you purchase.

1. Our services

We provide cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen sessions, red-light therapy, floatation therapy, personal training and related performance, recovery and wellbeing services.

Our team provides general information about our services. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or replace advice or treatment from your healthcare professional.

Specialist exercise and rehabilitation sessions are provided within the coach’s qualifications and scope of practice. Where appropriate, we may ask for guidance from your treating clinician before proceeding.

Results and individual experiences vary. We do not guarantee a particular outcome.

Retail products, equipment sales and equipment hire are subject to their own applicable terms and any separate written agreements. These clinic-booking terms do not replace them.

2. Suitability and health screening

You must provide accurate and complete information when completing screening, consent or suitability forms.

Before each appointment, tell us about relevant medical conditions, medication, pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries or changes in your health.

We may refuse, postpone or stop a session where we reasonably believe it could be unsuitable or unsafe. We may ask you to seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before proceeding.

If screening identifies that a service is unsuitable before it starts, we will offer a refund for the unused session or, with your agreement, a credit or suitable alternative.

If a session needs to stop after it has begun, we will assess any refund fairly, taking account of the circumstances and your statutory rights.

3. Bookings and payment

Appointments are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when we accept it and issue confirmation.

Payment may be required at booking. Unless agreed otherwise, any outstanding balance must be paid before the session.

Please check your confirmation and let us know promptly if anything is incorrect.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. We will explain any additional charges before you agree to them.

4. Changing or cancelling an appointment

You may cancel or rearrange an appointment without a cancellation charge by giving us at least 24 hours’ notice before its scheduled start time.

Use the booking system or contact the clinic using the details above. Please retain your cancellation confirmation or a copy of your message.

If you cancel a prepaid individual appointment with sufficient notice, you may choose a refund or a rearranged appointment. A session booked from a block will be returned to that block, subject to its original expiry date.

Statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, take priority over this policy.

5. Late cancellations and missed appointments

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, we may charge up to the price of the booked session.

For block bookings, we may deduct the booked session instead of charging separately. We will not both deduct a session and charge for the same missed appointment.

Any charge or deduction will reflect our reasonable net loss, taking account of costs saved and whether we fill the appointment. We will take reasonable steps to reduce that loss and will reduce or refund the charge where appropriate.

We may waive or reduce charges in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if illness or an emergency affects your attendance.

6. Late arrival

Please allow enough time for screening, changing and preparation.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment to avoid delaying other customers. Where there is insufficient time to provide the service safely, we may need to rearrange it.

Any charge for time lost or an appointment that cannot proceed will be assessed fairly under section 5, taking account of the circumstances.

7. Block bookings

Unless different terms are clearly agreed before purchase, block bookings:

  • Are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Must be used within that period.
  • Are subject to appointment availability.
  • May be transferred to another person with our approval and completion of the required screening.
  • May be refunded under section 8.

A transfer does not extend the expiry date. Please book in good time, particularly if you need specific appointment times.

8. Block-booking refunds

You may request a refund for unused sessions within a valid block booking.

For a change-of-mind refund outside any applicable statutory cooling-off period, sessions already used will be recalculated at the standard individual-session price disclosed when you bought the block. We will refund the remaining balance.

The calculation will never create an additional amount for you to pay beyond the original block price. Any valid late-cancellation deductions will also be taken into account.

This recalculation does not apply where it would conflict with your statutory rights, including cancellation during an applicable cooling-off period or remedies for our failure to provide the service properly.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

9. Expired block bookings

Unused sessions normally expire 12 months after purchase.

Please contact us before expiry if a significant medical issue or other exceptional circumstance prevents you from attending. We will consider reasonable requests for an extension and may request limited supporting information.

Where our cancellations or inability to offer reasonable availability prevent you from using the block, we will offer an appropriate extension or refund for the affected unused sessions.

Nothing in this section removes your statutory rights.

10. If we cancel

We may need to cancel or rearrange an appointment because of equipment faults, staff illness, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will give you as much notice as reasonably possible. You may choose:

  • A rearranged appointment.
  • A credit.
  • A refund for the affected session.

For a block booking, the session will normally be restored to your block. If we cannot provide the relevant service within a reasonable period, you may request a refund for the affected unused sessions.

Any responsibility for additional losses will be assessed under section 14 and applicable consumer law.

11. Online and telephone purchases

Some bookings and purchases made online, by telephone or away from our premises carry a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Exceptions may apply, including to certain leisure activities booked for a specific date.

Where that right applies, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the contract is made. Tell us clearly by email, post or telephone using the details above.

If you want a service to begin during that period, we will ask for your express request. We will also ask you to acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right ends once the service has been fully performed.

Accepting these terms alone does not constitute that express request or acknowledgement.

If you validly cancel after requesting an early start, we may charge a proportionate amount for services already provided, where the legal requirements for doing so have been met. This will be based on the agreed contract price.

Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, we will make it within the legally required period, normally within 14 days of being informed of your decision.

Our 24-hour appointment policy does not override an applicable statutory cancellation right.

12. Customer conduct and safety

You must:

  • Follow reasonable screening, safety and operating instructions.
  • Treat staff and other customers respectfully.
  • Attend free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
  • Tell your operator or coach immediately if you feel unwell, experience pain or notice unusual discomfort.
  • Use equipment only as instructed.
  • Keep prohibited items out of treatment areas and chambers.

We may refuse or stop a session where conduct is unsafe, abusive, threatening or seriously disruptive.

Any amount retained will be proportionate to the service already provided and any reasonable loss caused by a breach of these terms. It will not be an automatic penalty.

13. Personal belongings

Please bring only what you need and follow instructions about jewellery, electronic devices and other personal items.

We are responsible for loss or damage to belongings where caused by our negligence or another matter for which we are legally responsible. We are not responsible simply because an item is brought onto the premises.

14. Our responsibility

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill and honour information about the service that forms part of our agreement with you.

If a service does not meet the required standard, you may have rights to repeat performance, a price reduction or another remedy under consumer law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded.
  • Any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Where you book as a consumer, we do not accept responsibility for business losses such as lost profits or business opportunities.

15. Website information and pricing errors

We take reasonable care to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate.

If we discover an error before accepting your booking, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed on the corrected basis.

If a booking has already been accepted, we will not automatically increase its price or remove your contractual rights. We will contact you to agree an appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.

16. Privacy

We handle personal and health information as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Relevant screening information may be necessary to assess suitability and provide a service safely. If that information is not provided, we may be unable to proceed.

Consent to participate in a session and any consent required to process health information are separate matters.

17. Complaints

Please contact us using the details at the start of this policy if you are unhappy with a booking, session or other aspect of our service.

Provide your name, booking details and a description of the issue so that we can investigate and respond.

We will consider complaints fairly and explain any proposed resolution. Raising a complaint does not affect your statutory rights.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future bookings as our services, systems or legal requirements change.

The version supplied or made available when you entered your booking or purchase agreement will apply to that agreement, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections provided by the law applicable where they live and any rights to bring proceedings in their local courts.
