How Often Should I Use Red Light?

If you are new to red light therapy, we recommend 2 to 3 sessions a week for  2 weeks, then ease off and experiment. 

What To Expect

15 or 20-minute sessions in a private setting, wearing underwear or swimwear. Lie back and relax.

Our red light bed has a specific setting for treatments that will focus more on skin or inflammation, or for general recovery.

When your session has finished, lie there with your eyes closed and enjoy the light show in your head.
